Salumeria Verdi began as a sandwich shop with 10 menu options and has transformed through 25 years. Pino’s favorite customers are Americans students: they are the ones he loves to serve food the most and the ones who love his food the most.
Another student favorite is The Best, a sandwich made of roast beef, smoked cheese, spinach, eggplant, hot sauce and peppers. But now it’s Springtime, and Pino celebrates the spring in his own way.
